MiningScope
The MiningScope is a specialized probe designed for a broad variety of mining applications. With its unique design, it can withstand the harsh and abrasive conditions in mining slurries. The MiningScope is mainly designed for production environments. This probe can be directly inserted into a running process to retrieve particles size and shape information in different mining slurries, e.g. downstream of ball mills, SAG mills, hydrocyclones, and flotation tanks. The advanced image analysis can distinguish different particle types and can differentiate bubbles from particles.
The probe is equipped with very robust, easily replaceable ceramic tip. The dedicated process connector facilitates the maintenance procedure. A sunshield is available for outdoor usage.
