After a long pandemic, 2022 marks the year in which we have been able to come back to exhibitions, trade fairs, and congresses. One of the most important events in our sector finally took place after many schedule changes, and yes, we are talking about the Achema. This is great to us since it makes us feel closer to the scientific community as well as our partners, customers, suppliers, and, of course, our colleagues in the sector.
ACHEMA 2022
This event is the World Forum for the Process Industry. It is one of the most remarkable exhibitions that takes place every 2 years. We were very happy to have a 30sqm booth with three exhibits demonstrating live measurements. We had our MM-2 (0.5 – 75 µm), a large pipeline with different probes inserted on it, and our ChocoScope (2 – 320µm) taking measurements in a Chocolate Fountain that served as a great eye-catcher for the visitors. On Tuesday, August 26th, we organized an event with our partner distributors companies that were present during the fair. The first half of the event was an announcement with Dr. Sebastian Maaß, Alexander Vranken, and the management of Parsum communicating the acquisition by SOPAT. The second half of the event was a presentation conducted by Dr. Mirco Wegener, Head of Sales & Marketing of SOPAT and followed by an introduction of the Parsum technology, conducted by Dr. Stefan Dietrich and Michael Köhler. We had the pleasure of having our distributors from Chile, India, Hungary, South Africa, Australia, etc.
The entire event was a complete success and we are looking forward to Achema 2024, in which manufacturers as well as service providers from the entire world reunite to present products for the pharmaceutical industry, biotechnology, energy, chemistry and environment.
